These last 4 days have been absolutely awful on the healthy eating & exercising front. Tomorrow is a new day, I will eat fruit and veg and work out extra hard.
I have rehearsals non-stop for the next three days and the shows are on Tuesday and Wednesday so sorry if I don’t post as much as I normally would. It’s all been pretty stressful and I haven’t had time to work out at all since Friday. I don’t start until 12 tomorrow so I should be able to fit in an hour long work out if I wake up early enough.
Oh yeah, I told you I was going to a party on Friday night and I was only going to have a few drinks, turns out I have no self control and I got ever so slightly drunk. It was the best night I’ve had in ages. Also, I am THE biggest flirt when I’ve had a few to many and I was flirting with almost every guy there. Cringe.
Anyway, I was thinking of making a weight loss/healthy bucket list so I might start that tonight.
